Web Design · SEO & AEO · Zoho Systems · AI Agents
Websites and business systems, built to work together.
I design modern websites and connect them to Zoho CRM. I improve how you're found in traditional search and AI answers (SEO and AEO), then automate the work that follows. One person, end to end.
Four disciplines. One person building all of them.
No handoffs between a designer, a developer, and an agency. One person handles it all.

About me.
A quick introduction, for anyone wondering who's behind this site.

I'm Stephen, a UK-based digital systems consultant working across Zoho CRM, SEO, AEO (answer engine optimisation), websites, automation, and AI agents. For six years, I built CRM systems, automation, and AI tools in-house for a growing UK business. Now I work directly with businesses. I design and build their websites, systems, and automation, end to end.
Part of that in-house role was managing an external SEO and content agency, deciding what content actually mattered to the business rather than writing it myself. As search has shifted from ten blue links towards AI-generated answers, that strategic side has pulled me toward AEO alongside traditional SEO, making sure a business is understood and recommended by AI systems, not just ranked by Google.
I like to build things properly. That means clean code, clear systems, and no wasted steps. I design the site, write the copy, build the backend, and wire up the automation myself, so nothing gets lost between people.
When I'm not building, you'll usually find me on a padel court.

A working record that grows over time. Each project gets its own write-up once it's done.
Cora Home Services
A Dubai home-services marketplace connecting homeowners and tenants with vetted suppliers. Built on Next.js with a Zoho CRM backend. Every lead and supplier application gets its own pipeline, so nothing gets lost or double-handled.

What's actually there
An honest look at your current site, CRM, or process. I've spent years tracing slow-downs back to their real cause. Often it's a form asking the wrong question, or a workflow nobody owns.
The real thing, not a plan
A real website, Zoho system, or AI agent, designed and built properly. I've built everything from staff compliance tracking to customer-facing chatbots this way. Working software beats a slide deck of ideas.
So it keeps running
Connected to Zoho and AI agents where it helps, so it keeps running without you watching over it. Approvals chase themselves. Records update on their own.
What clients say.
Real feedback from people I've delivered projects for.
I've worked with Stephen on my website and have been really impressed with both the quality of his work and how easy he is to deal with. He took the time to understand what I wanted, made useful suggestions throughout, and was able to turn ideas into something that looks professional and works properly. What stood out most was how proactive he was, rather than simply doing exactly what was asked, he looked for ways to improve the site and the overall customer experience. I'd happily recommend Stephen to anyone looking for help with website development, CRM systems, automation or improving their online processes.
What colleagues say.
Recommendations from LinkedIn, from people I worked alongside at Sentrex.
His knowledge of CRM systems is particularly impressive, and he understands both the technical side and, just as importantly, how systems need to work for the people using them. Give him a basic concept and he'll run with it, thinking not just about what's being asked, but how it could be improved.
Stephen has an excellent ability to design, develop and implement new processes and systems, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the organisation. His analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement consistently deliver outstanding results.
Whether it's resolving complex IT issues or embracing the latest developments in systems and AI, Stephen approaches everything with enthusiasm and an incredible depth of knowledge. As a trainer, he has an exceptional ability to explain even the most complex topics in a way that gives people confidence.
Common questions.
Answers to what people usually ask before starting a project.
Do you build the website and the CRM, or just one of them?
Both, and I connect them. I design and build the website, set up or improve the Zoho CRM behind it, and link the two so enquiries arrive in the CRM with their source attached, rather than getting lost in an inbox.
What's the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO improves how you're found in traditional search results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) improves whether you're mentioned and recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity when someone asks a relevant question. The two overlap heavily, but AEO adds structured data, consistent branding, and directly-answerable content aimed at AI systems specifically.
Do I need to already have Zoho CRM set up?
No. I work with businesses setting up Zoho CRM for the first time as well as ones with an existing setup that needs improving, cleaning up, or connecting properly to their website and other systems.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. Alongside UK-based work, two case-study clients, Charles Thomas Real Estate and Cora Home Services, are Dubai-based businesses in the UAE real estate market. The services themselves aren't location-dependent.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused Zoho CRM setup or a single-purpose website can take a few weeks. A full website plus CRM integration and automation, like the projects in my case studies, typically takes longer and is scoped properly at the start rather than estimated upfront.
